Let us explain this; Consider the following examples and associate the alphabets with the above mentioned numbers and sum them up to find the total number.
India totals up to = (9+5+4+9+1) = 28=1                                     
Leading political parties like                                                               
Congress totals up to = (3+6+5+7+9+5+1+1) =37 =1                   
And
